As the Easter weekend approaches and families consider traveling, the cost of gasoline continues to be an issue.
But the question is who is to blame for the prices?
A recent study conducted by Elon University says it’s the oil companies (CLICK HERE).
The study claims that 71% of respondents to their study claimed big oil companies are to blame. The second highest was the countries who produce oil. That came in at 58%.
Coming in under these top two groups to blame are the Obama Administration and Congressional Democrats. About four in ten seem to blame these two groups.
The national average for a gallon of gas is still $3.93 a gallon. And locally in Goldsboro and Wayne County you’re seeing more convenience stores now advertising prices over $3.90 a gallon.
