Suspect Being Sought in Abduction/Shooting

We reported earlier during the week of a man who was shot on Fedelon Trail after being forced to drive his abductors throughout the County.

The Criminal Investigations Division of the Goldsboro Police Department began an investigation after receiving a call of the victim arriving at Wayne Memorial Hospital with a gunshot wound to his leg.

That investigation revealed the victim, through force by gunpoint and being pistol-whipped multiple times, had to drive the suspects to multiple locations, including to an ATM to withdraw money.

He eventually was taken to 316 Fedelon Trail where he was beaten, pistol-whipped multiple times and then shot in the leg.
