The Red Cross is in need of 2 volunteers to help make phone calls for blood drives here locally!

Whether one hour of 3, your help is needed!


Oak Forest Church of Christ in Goldsboro will be receiving the first of many 18-wheelers with needed items. We will begin distribution on Monday. Can you please help us get the word out?


To the Five Points Road area in Mar-Mac, T-Mobile has sent us the following information for the Southern part of Wayne County.

T-Mobile will be setting up a truck tomorrow in the Food Lion Parking lot in Mar Mac giving away non-perishable food items and toiletries to the community effected by Hurricane Matthew. This event will begin at 10:00AM and will last until supplies run out. We are trying to get the word out. So many people in the southern part of the county have been effected and we wanted to help out. We will also have power charging stations. Thank you


The Goldsboro Family YMCA is OPEN and we are back on normal hours of operation.*****WE ARE OPENING OUR DOORS TO THE COMMUNITY FOR THOSE WITHOUT WATER AND POWER SO THAT YOU MAY TAKE SHOWERS!   WE ONLY ASK THAT YOU BRING YOUR TOWEL!
