Trojans Lacrosse Slips Past NGU in Overtime

The 13th-ranked University of Mount Olive men’s lacrosse team slipped past North Greenville Univeristy, 5-4 in overtime, in Conference Carolinas action on Saturday afternoon in Mount Olive, N.C.

Junior Will Urban (6-2) earned the win in goal, making 14 saves, allowing just four goals. Five different Trojans scored in the win with Graden taking a team-high five shots on goal.

The win is the 50th in program history for the Trojans in just five seasons of existence.

Mount Olive returns to action on March 29 with a match against Chowan University at 4 p.m. at the Ray McDonald, Sr. Track and Field/Lacrosse Complex.
