UMO Dedicates New Sports Complex

UMO dedicates its new Ray McDonald Sr. Track and Field/Lacrosse Complex. The University of Mount Olive held its dedication for the new facility Wednesday afternoon.  Named after current Mount Olive Mayor, Ray McDonald Sr., the complex includes an artificial surface field for lacrosse, field event areas, a 400-meter track, and bleachers.  The complex opened in early spring and has already hosted lacrosse matches and the Trojans’ first ever home track and field meet.
