GPD Seeks 3 Suspects From Circle K Brawl

The Goldsboro Police Department is searching for three individuals allegedly involved with last weekend’s brawl at a local gas station.

Arrest warrants for the charge of Disorderly Conduct have been issued for 18-year old Kysheem J. Langston, 28-year old Jaikelvin D. Maye, and 27-year old Adrane L. Swinson, all of Goldsboro.  The three suspects were allegedly involved in the large fight that broke out at the Circle K gas station on the 2100-block of Wayne Memorial Drive in the early morning hours of Saturday, August 5th.  The investigation is ongoing and charges against other individuals involved in this incident will be forthcoming.

The Goldsboro Police Department reports it had officers on the scene within four minutes of getting a call on the fight.  The GPD says it has reached out to the management of Circle K to develop a plan of action to ensure the safety of customers and to prevent events like this from happening in the future.

Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call or text Crime Stoppers at 919-735-2255 or submit a TIP at p3tips.com.

  2. Now’s the time for the black community to “step up” and cooperate with the police in apprehending these and other individuals that were involved in that incident. Help put an end to this type of behavior and let other young people know that it’s not acceptable.

  8. The video was over 10 minutes long and police did nothing at all during the video. People got in a fight… at least it wasn’t a shoot out! GPD didn’t do anything to stop it but trying to take all the credit and arrwst those who they saw standing around just to make it look like they did some shit.

Good Lord, what a name his mama slapped on him. No wonder he went over to the dark side. Can you imagine the poor child trying to learn to spell his name in kindergarten? Probably didn’t learn how until he…..never mind, I was going to say “graduated from high school”, but we can safely assume that never happened.

Langston is one of the thugs caught back in February when he was 17 with a stolen loaded AR-15 and a stolen loaded .38 caliber handgun in a car full of thugs cruising in Goldsboro looking for someone to rob at 10:30am on a Monday morning. Google him and you will see why so many are so fed up with the pathetic justice system in Wayne county.

I totally agree. Why are they not convicted, instead of thrown back on the street to cause more chaos!! So many unsolved murders in goldsboro with the same players involved! GPD is becoming a joke!

It’s not the GPD’s fault…they catch the bad guys & the legal system boots them back out on the streets. Low bonds, suspended sentences and community service instead of hard time are little to no deterrent for these lowlifes. In addition to a flawed legal system, criminal lawyers use sleazy tactics and know how to “work the system” to get these thugs off with just a slap on the wrist. These attorneys seem to have little regard as to who or what they’re turning loose on the public. They care only about getting their fee… they’ve got to make the payment on their fancy house and luxury car. I can only hope that “karma” catches up to them too.
