Sgt. Hatch Receives Tactical Training Certificate

A local sheriff’s officer finishes a certificate program at the North Carolina Justice Academy. Sergeant Rex Hatch with the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office recently completed the Tactical Training Certificate Program.  Hatch and other participants have to complete 500-hours of training within five-years of acceptance into the program.  The Tactical Training Certificate Program includes a variety of tactical oriented courses, and is designed to recognize law enforcement professionals that have dedicated themselves to making their communities safer.
