Jimmy Lee Eakes

August 14, 81, Goldsboro

Jimmy Lee Eakes, 81, of Goldsboro passed away Monday at his residence. He was the son of the late Martha Lee Ray, and was the husband of Jackie J. Eakes. Jimmy was retired from Made Rite Bakery.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday evening at 7:00 P.M. in the chapel of Shumate-Faulk Funeral home with Rev. Jim Harry officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. Committal services will be held on Friday at 11:00 A.M. at Wayne Memorial Park.

In addition to his wife, Jimmy is survived by a sister in law, Edith Colmore and husband, Don of Goldsboro; and 2 brothers in law, Jesse Johnson and wife Kathy and Douglas Johnson all of Goldsboro.
