An arrest is made in a Goldsboro purse-snatching case. On July 7th, the victim reported her purse had been lost while shopping at the Goldsboro Lowe’s Home Improvement Store.  The victim then learned her credit cards had been used fraudulently at local businesses.  After an investigation by the Goldsboro Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division, 45-year old Kimberly M. Guinn was developed as a suspect.  She was arrested on Thursday on charges including counts of Larceny and Financial Transaction Card Theft.  Guinn was held at the Wayne County Detention Center on a $6,000 secured bond.

What smart, wonderful residents we have here. Another chicken headed back to the detention center where she will be certain to get a new girlfriend on her first night. She will learn the pecking order the hard way I’d bet.
