GPD Arrests Armed Robbery Suspect

Goldsboro Police make an armed robbery arrest.  On October 5, the victim reported to the Goldsboro Police Department that a known subject robbed him of his cellular telephone at gunpoint in the 100-block of S. Lionel Street. A subsequent investigation ensued by the Goldsboro Police Department Criminal Investigations Division and 25-year old Daijuan Raymel Price of Goldsboro was developed as the suspect. On Wednesday, October 18, felony warrants were obtained on Price for one count each of Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, Possession of Stolen Property, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. On Friday, October 20, Price was located and arrested without incident in the Fairview Homes Community by members of the Goldsboro Police Department Criminal Investigations Division and Vice Unit. Price was jailed in lieu of a $51,500 secured bond.

    Been a very busy block this week. Nice and dark; business being done by the boys and gurls at the corner of Mulberry and Lionel. A few hanging back along the fence; one or two on the corner. When they need a break just go hang out at the burned out house at. Good place to check out the spoils, count profits or shoot a little dope.
