Scaring Up Fun At The Marr Branch Haunted House (PHOTO GALLERY)

Saturday night was very busy for the spooks at the Marr Branch Haunted House located on Garner Chapel Road in Duplin County. Over a 1,000 people visited what is known as one of the scariest haunted houses in Eastern North Carolina. Officials said they are getting visitors from all over the state, with three trucks of folks even visiting from Virginia.  Each year the theme changes to a different layout so the public won’t see the same thing as in past years. A lot of hard work goes into the planning throughout the year to come up with a new design.  The haunted house will be open for the next two weekends and on Halloween. So if you are into being scared out of your wits, the Marr Branch Haunted House is where you want to be.
