2nd Victim Dies From Vehicle Crash Near County Line

The second victim in Monday’s car crash near the Wayne and Duplin county line has now died. 62-year old Jack L. Felker passed away from his injuries at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.  According to the North Carolina Highway Patrol, Felker was the driver of the vehicle that went off the road and struck a tree Monday morning on Highway 403 near N.C. 55.  63-year old Wilma N. Felker was a passenger in the pickup truck.  She was ejected during the wreck and was pronounced dead at the scene Monday.
