Kurt David Russell, 59, departed this walk of life Sunday morning, March 11, 2018 at his home.

 

Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 15, 2018 at 6 p.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.  The family will receive friends following the service.  A graveside service will be held Friday, March 16, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Wayne Memorial Park in Dudley.

 

Mr. Russell was born in Maine on December 14, 1958 to the late George E Russell and Evelyn Moon Russell.

 

He is survived by his wife, Debra Brady Russell; three brothers, Tim Russell and wife, LeAnn of Virginia, Paul Russell and wife, Jill of New Jersey and Kevin Russell and wife, Susan of Virginia; two sisters, Teri Krach and husband, Joe of Ohio and Julie Kenville and husband, Michael of Nevada; his father-in-law, Sam Brady of Goldsboro and his brother-in law, Scott Brady of Raleigh.

 

In addition to his parents, Mr. Russell was preceded in death by his mother-in law, Sylvia Brady.

 

The family request in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

 

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
