Suspect Allegedly Found With Meth, Paraphernalia

A Wayne County man is arrested on a meth charge. The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports a detective was working with the Investigations Division when 41-year-old Steve Farrugia pulled up at a residence in question on April 2nd.  The detective interviewed Farrugia at the scene and reportedly spotted drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle.  During a consent search of the vehicle, meth was allegedly discovered.  Warrants were secured by the Wayne County Drug Unit, and Farrugia was arrested on Tuesday for Possession of Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia.  He was placed in the Wayne County Jail under a $2,500 secured bond.
