ACE Team Busts 4 Meth Suspects

An ACE Team traffic stop leads to four meth arrests. On Monday, members of the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office Aggressive Criminal Enforcement Team stopped a vehicle on Highway 55 East in the Seven Springs area.  During a search of the vehicle, a large amount of meth was reportedly located, along with Oxycodone and two handguns, one of which was stolen.  Various items of drug paraphernalia were also found in the vehicle.  The four occupants of the vehicle, 29-year-old Kevin M. Sauls of Goldsboro, 30-year-old James T. Sauls of Dudley, 25-year-old William J. Mitchell of Kinston, and 29-year-old Heather D. Nelson of Seven Springs, were arrested and charged.  They were left in the custody of the Wayne County Jail.

William Joseph Mitchell
CHARGE(S): (2) Trafficking in Methamphetamine, (2) Trafficking in Opiates, Possession of Stolen Firearm, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
BOND: $205,000

Heather Dawn Nelson
CHARGE(S): Possession of Methamphetamine, Carry Concealed Gun, Possession Drug Paraphernalia
BOND: $4,000

    These people have also been in stores in Goldsboro area stealing and fraudulently returning items for gift cards to steal! I know because I was a manager on duty and couldnt get tag numbers of the vehicles used.
