Authorities Find Over 60 Grams Of Meth During Raid

Authorities raid a suspected Wayne County meth house. On Wednesday, members of the Wayne County Drug Unit assisted the North Carolina Department of Public Safety (Probation/Parole) with a search of a residence on the 100 block of Eagle Ridge Drive in Dudley.  During the court authorized search, authorities report finding approximately 66 grams of meth along with drug paraphernalia.  The home’s resident, 45-year-old Jonathan B. Dennington, was arrested and charged with Trafficking Methamphetamine, Maintaining a Dwelling for Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Dennington was held under a $100,000 secured bond.
