Police Seek Suspect In Series Of Walmart Thefts

Kinston Police are searching for a person that allegedly stole TV’s from Walmart on two occasions. On June 2nd, the subject posing as a Walmart employee stole a television set from the Kinston Walmart.  The same subject committed the same offence locally on April 18th, and is believed to have stolen TV’s from Walmarts across Eastern North Carolina eight times.  The suspect was seen leaving in a new model blue SUV, possibly a Nissan Rogue.

Anyone with information regarding the thefts is asked to call the Kinston Police Department at 252-939-3160, the TIPS LINE at 252-939-4020, or Lenoir County Crime Stoppers at 252-523-4444.
