Florence Brings Heavy Rain & Wind To Goldsboro (PHOTOS)

Hurricane Florence is making her presence known across the Goldsboro and Wayne County area this morning.

Some of the heavier rain bands associated with the storm are now slashing across the region.

That’s leading to downed tree limbs, power outages and minor street flooding in Goldsboro.

Duke Energy is reporting over 3,000 customers are currently without power in the Goldsboro area.

It’s still recommended you shelter in place to ride out the remainder of Florence.
