Goldsboro Man Accused Of Sex Offense With A Minor

A suspect is arrested for a statutory sex offense after a victim was found naked and looking for help in a Goldsboro neighborhood. Around 2 PM Thursday, The Goldsboro Police Department responded to the 1100 block of E. Walnut Street where a 14-year-old juvenile had reportedly ran to a second home and told the occupants she had been sexually assaulted.  The juvenile was transported to Wayne UNC Health Care for treatment.  Officers made contact with the suspect, 40-year-old Jean M. Henry of Goldsboro.  Following the investigation, Henry was charged with one count of Statutory Sexual Offense with a Person who is 13, 14, or 15 Years Old by a Defendant who is at least Six Years Older than the Victim.  Henry was placed in the Wayne County Jail under a $200,000 secured bond.

    Once an incident like this is proven to be true, the perpetrator should be medically castrated! Not chemically, surgically! Not partially, completely!
