ACE Team Drug Interdiction Arrests

Two people are allegedly found with heroin, pot and cocaine during the most recent ACE Team effort. On Friday, members of the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office Aggressive Criminal Enforcement Team were conducting interdiction patrols along I-795 and Highway 117.  A vehicle was stopped for a moving violation, and deputies searched the vehicle after smelling an “overwhelming odor of marijuana.”  The officers reportedly located approximately ten pounds of marijuana, 300 bindles of heroin and a few grams of cocaine.  The vehicle’s occupants, 35-year-old Justin R. Eisenbeiser and 29-year-old Johnathan A. Gore, both of Little River, South Carolina, were arrested. They each face three counts of Trafficking Heroin, one count of Manufacture Marijuana, one count of Possession of Cocaine, and one count of PWISD Marijuana.  Eisenbeiser was held on a $506,000 secured bond.  Gore, who also had active warrants out of South Carolina, had his bond set at $606,000 secured.
