K-9 Helps With Concealed Weapon Arrest

Goldsboro Police Officers on Wednesday stopped a vehicle for a Safe Movement Violation at the intersection of James and Grantham street(s). Due to suspicious activity, K-9 Kezna and her handler were called to the scene to assist. K-9 Kezna alerted on the vehicle and officers found a stolen firearm. Keenan Rommell Winn, 25, of Goldsboro, was a passenger in the vehicle and was charged with these offenses:

  • Carrying a Concealed Weapon
  • Possession of Firearm by Felon
  • Possession of Stolen Firearm

Bond was set at $ 10,000.00 Secured
