Attempting to break in somebody house at 8:30 pm? Got to be some of the dumbest criminals from Wayne County. Absolutely got what he deserved could only imagine what was going through his head when he was laying in those dark woods bleeding and in pain from that gunshot wound knowing his friends left him for dead. Definitely got what he deserved. At 40 still committing petty crimes after all the chances he had to change his life.

One less low life. I wish they had shot the other two also. We need less trash on the streets.

He spent 10 years of his life in prison for this very thing including manslaughter……this is what happens when you play with guns (and someone is better at it than you are)

He got a 6 year, 9 month sentence for manslaughter in Sept 2010. He was released in January 2013.
He got a 3 year sentence for robbery with a dangerous weapon in Feb 2017. He was released less than a month later.
Looks like this was his last “early release” .

The deceased has a long history of arrests dealing with guns, violence and robbery.

Thankfully the victims had a firearm and knew how to protect themselves.
