Pot & Heroin Recovered During Kinston Raid

Lenoir County authorities report the arrest of a marijuana and heroin suspect. On February 27th, the Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office General Investigations and Narcotics Division arrested Robert L. Ethridge while executing a search warrant on the 400 block of Dawson Station Road in Kinston.  During the search, detectives reportedly located three ounces of pot packaged for sale, approximately two grams of black tar heroin and a small amount of cocaine.  Drug paraphernalia items were also recovered that indicated drugs were being distributed from the property.  Ethridge was charged with Possession with Intent to and Deliver Marijuana, Felony Possession of Schedule I, Felony Possession of Schedule II, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Ethridge was also wanted for Failure to Appear in Court on previous Driving While License Revoked and Possession of Schedule II charges. He was placed in the Lenoir County Detention Center under a $3,000 secured bond.
