Outlaw Foundation 5K Run & One Mile Walk (PHOTO GALLERY)

The weather was a little on the chilly side Saturday morning as a large group of people gathered on the campus of Carver Elementary School to take part in the Outlaw Foundation 5K Run and One Mile Walk to raise money for cancer patients and survivors. The Outlaw Foundation was founded over six years ago by Bill Outlaw, who beat cancer.  Over the past six years, the foundation has helped 227 families. Each year, the amount of runners taking part grows larger as more people get involved in cancer awareness. This year, 326 adults and children took part in the Outlaw Foundation 5K Run and One Mile Walk.
