Saluting Seymour

Every week, Saluting Seymour and SoundScope highlight an airman serving at the Seymour Johnson Air Force Base in Goldsboro.

Senior Airman Samuel Morales from the 4th Fighter Wing

Morales has been in the Air Force for over two years, with most of that time at Seymour Johnson. He’s the first from his family to serve in the military, and he comes to Goldsboro from El Paso, Texas.  Morales is an Executive Admin Troop and he works for the base commander.  Morales says he was nervous at first, but he has adjusted to life in Goldsboro.  He likes to spend his free time hiking or going to the beach.  Morales says meeting new people from different backgrounds is a benefit to an Air Force career.
