Suspect Accused Of Breaking Into Home

A suspect is charged and more arrests are expected in a Wayne County B&E. On April 3rd, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office responded to an address on the east side of the county for the report of a breaking and entering.  A large amount of property was reported stolen.  Officers canvassed the area and located some of the stolen property.  During the investigation, more of the property was located and returned to the owner.  The investigation led to the arrest of 18-year-old Josue Palacios of Goldsboro.  He’s charged with Breaking and Entering, Larceny after Breaking and Entering, and Possession of Stolen Property, all felonies.  Palacios was placed in the Wayne County Detention Center under a $3,000 secured bond.  The sheriff’s office reports the investigation is continuing.
