Rep. Bell Honors Rosewood Baseball (PHOTOS)

Rosewood High School Baseball receives state recognition for its landmark season.

Tuesday, State Rep. John Bell presented a proclamation honoring the Rosewood High Baseball team’s season and a state flag that was flown over the Capitol in their honor.

Rep. Bell says the Rosewood team brought the community together.

Rep. Bell hopes to make another presentation to the team next year, this time at the State Capitol after the team hopefully wins the state championship.

The Rosewood Eagles Baseball team advanced to the state championships for the first time in school history, but ultimately fell to Uwharrie Charter Academy.
