Agencies Arrest Suspect On Cocaine Trafficking Charges

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a cocaine trafficking suspect. On July 31st, members of the Goldsboro/Wayne County Drug Task Force and the Carteret County Narcotics Unit arrested 42-year-old Jose A. G. Vega of Seven Springs as part of an ongoing investigation.  The arrest took place on the 1200 block of N. Berkeley Boulevard in Goldsboro.  Vega was reportedly in possession of 12 ounces of cocaine at the time of his arrest.  More arrests are expected as part of this investigation.

CHARGES:
Trafficking Cocaine by Possession (level 2, 200-400 grams),
Trafficking Cocaine by Transportation (level 2, 200-400 grams)
BOND: $30,000

    Not much of a bond 12 oz ‘s That is a lot of cocaine What is up with these low bonds these days……………That is why you can not get the stuff off the streets,,,,, It is ridiculous
