Fire Chief Graduates From New IAFC Program

Goldsboro Fire Chief Joe Dixon recently graduated from the first Cohort of the International Association of Fire Chiefs International Diversity and Executive Leadership Program.  The IAFC Diversity Executive Leadership Program (iDELP) supports individuals from under-represented identity groups and those interested in creating a diverse workforce to advance into the ranks of leadership in the IAFC and fire and emergency service leadership at a national level.

Members of the IAFC leadership team including past Presidents (John Sinclair and Tom Jenkins), the current President (Dan Eggleston), and program facilitators (Chiefs John Butler and Nate Trauernicht) join in congratulating Goldsboro Fire Chief Joe Dixon.
