WCC Starts Fall 2019 Semester

Wayne Community College’s campus bustled as the new academic year got under way Thursday.

The first day headcount for the fall 2019 semester was 3,239 college credit students. This figure will increase as registration continues through noon on Friday, Aug. 16 and as more students come on board for classes with later start dates.

Registration for both 12-week “Late Start” and eight-week Fall II classes opens on Aug. 21. The Late Start courses begin Sept. 17 and Fall II’s first day is Oct. 16.

Anyone who wants to start their college career this semester can call 919-735-5151 or go to http://www.waynecc.edu/ for information about admission, registration, or payment at WCC.
