UPDATE: Police Charging Suspect For Hospital Threat

There was a noticeable police presence at the local hospital the morning of Wednesday, August 14th.

According to the Goldsboro Police Department, a bomb threat was reported at Wayne UNC Health Care and officers responded.

The “all clear” was given before 8:30 AM.

UPDATE:  Wayne UNC Health Care received two bomb threats on Wednesday, August 14th with no confirmed findings after a hospital-wide search.  After investigating multiple leads, hospital police have identified a suspect and are filing charges.
