Suspect Wanted For Possessing Stolen Property

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a suspect connected to a theft case. The sheriff’s office was investigating a location off St. Matthews Road in the southern area of Wayne County.  A utility trailer and a Bobcat zero turn mower valued at over $13,000 were located.  The recovered items belonged to the Cumberland County School System.  46-year-old Kelvin H. Williams of Hope Mills is wanted for Felony Possession of Stolen Goods in relation to this investigation.  Anyone with information on Williams’ whereabouts is asked to contact the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, call or text Crime Stoppers at 919-735-2255, or submit a tip at p3tips.com.
