Suspect Accused Of Creating Child Pornography

In August, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit began investigating a child pornography case. During the investigation it was determined that the suspect had created and possessed images and videos of young juveniles which were determined to be sexually explicit in nature. The sheriff’s office now says 17-year-old David A. Horne of Goldsboro was arrested and charged in the case.  Horne faces one count of 1st Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and 11 counts of 3rd Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.  He was given a $500,000 secured bond.

How disgusting! These sickos are in the news everyday now…its time for NC and the US to make a stand against child sex abuse! Research on early offender identification, early intervention programs once the at-risk are identified, mandatory reporting laws, much harsher punishments after an offense, and mandatory lifetime sex offender registration for most offenders…plus harsher punishments for owners of websites and servers that contain child sex abuse and more cooperation between states and countries so site and server owners can be extradited and tried. We’ve got to stop allowing people to profit off of posting this smut online. This has got to stop!!!
