WCSO: Suspect Caught Breaking Into Vehicle

A vehicle break-in suspect is allegedly caught in the act. On Friday last week, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office responded to the report of a male subject trespassing and making unauthorized entry to a vehicle.  When deputies arrived, they reportedly located 39-year-old Manuel Jackson of Goldsboro inside the vehicle stating he was looking for a spare key.  Jackson was arrested and placed into the Wayne County Detention Center.  His bond was set at $1,500 secured for the charges of Breaking and Entering a Motor Vehicle and Trespassing.
