On Saturday, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 300 Block of Union Grove Church Road in reference to a break-in to a motor vehicle that was in-progress. Deputies arrived on scene and reportedly found 40-year-old Jeremy S. Barbour of Kenly inside the vehicle. Barbour was arrested and charged with Break or Enter a Motor Vehicle (F), Larceny of Motor Vehicle Parts (F), Injury to Personal Property (M).  He was given a $6,500 secured bond and turned over to the Wayne County Detention staff for processing.
