Nestor Heads Toward Eastern N.C.

The remnants of Tropical Storm Nestor are expected to cross over Eastern North Carolina on Sunday.  The storm system was downgraded to a post-tropical cyclone Saturday morning.  Nestor currently has maximum sustained winds of 50 mph.  The storm is expected to bring soaking rains and gusty winds as it moves northeast across Eastern North Carolina late Saturday evening into Sunday.
