On Tuesday, December 3, 2019 a day proclaimed as Giving Tuesday by the Wayne County Board of Commissioners, Vailhouse and the Charles B. Aycock High School DECA chapter are teaming up to fundraise for the United Way of Wayne County. Vailhouse Oyster Bar and Grill will be donating proceeds from total sales between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. to the nonprofit. This is a team effort. The Vailhouse crew and DECA members will be working for tips by providing great service for this wonderful cause. Kick off the holiday giving season by joining us at Vailhouse. Together we will stand-up for a stronger community!
Vailhouse is a family owned and operated restaurant in Goldsboro. Their menu features a variety of seafood dishes from steamed oysters and shrimp and grits to ahi tuna tacos. They also serve a variety of beef and chicken dishes to keep land lovers satisfied.
The United Way of Wayne County is a nonprofit that focuses on increasing the capacity of the people of Wayne County to care for one another by identifying human needs and supporting programs that that have the greatest impact on improving lives.
