3 Robberies Reported In Goldsboro

Three robberies were reported to the Goldsboro Police Department over the past weekend period.

  • On Friday, a victim reported to the GPD that he had been assaulted and had his wallet stolen on the 1800 block of Day Circle. The victim said the robbery occurred around 11:45 PM on Wednesday, but he reported it on Friday.
  • Also on Friday, another person told Goldsboro Police that he had been robbed while on the 1900 block of S. Slocumb Street around 11 PM. The victim stated he was assaulted by an unknown suspect or suspects that stole cash from him.
  • The third robbery was reported around 7:30 PM on Sunday. While on the 700 block of E. Pine Street, the female victim said an unknown black male put a gun to her head and demanded she undress.  The report did not state if anything was stolen as part of that armed robbery.
