“Road Closed” Signs Popping Up In Wayne County [PHOTOS]

Yesterday afternoon you could find several roads in Wayne County that had “Road Closed” signs in place as the Neuse River continues to rise after the recent storms that has plagued the area with heavy rain.

The water was almost cross Arrington Bridge Road at the waste treatment plant, Ferry Bridge Road was completely covered over near the river bridge, while the road that leads into Busco Beach is now impassable. The river is expected to continue to rise spreading into low-lying areas.
