Mount Olive Chamber of Commerce President and North Carolina Pickle Festival Chairperson Julie Beck (left) and past Mount Olive Chamber President Patti O’Donoghue show off some of the items that were going to be sold at the North Carolina Pickle Festival this year.  Unfortunately, the festival was cancelled this year due to the coronavirus pandemic. The town and the Pickle Fest have also joined together to celebrate the 150^th anniversary of Mount Olive’s founding.  Anyone wishing to purchase some of the shirts, hats, popcorn, or other items is encouraged to stop by the Mount Olive Chamber to purchase the memorabilia before it’s gone.
