Alpha-Omega Family Counseling and Restoration Services, Inc along with RM Creative Visions will be hosting the 1st Annual ICON Awards, in Goldsboro, North Carolina, at the Paramount Theatre. The Black Tie event will include a magical night of remembering two pioneers and trailblazers of Goldsboro High School, Coaches Norvell T. Lee and Gerald E. Whitley, and also by honoring our Living Legends (Coaches, Charles Lane, Gerald Whisenhunt, Mickey Nance and Jerry Johnson). Proceeds raised from this event will go towards scholarships, to deserving senior student athletes. The night will be filled with music, poetry, singing and inspirational speakers, raffles, food, and more.

Our organization’s mission is “Reviving the City, Rebuilding Family Ties.” This is a chance to give back to the community  by helping provide deserving student athletes an opportunity to attend a higher education institution. An event like the ICON Awards helps us to raise funds for deserving students to attend college, and other enrichment opportunities. Supporting this event helps us to show our student’s that our community is behind them.
