Make-A-Wish^® Eastern North Carolina is hosting their first-ever virtual fundraising event, Wish Ball 2020, this Thursday, June 18, 2020 streaming live on Facebook and YouTube. This annual event is traditionally held as a black-tie gala but due to COVID-19 the event is taking on a new look. The event features area wish kids and families sharing their inspiring stories of a wish come true and providing a look at life as a child with a critical illness.

Wish Ball 2020 – an online celebration of wishes, transitioned to a virtual event with support from Sullivan Eastern Inc., and other generous community partners. The streaming broadcast will begin at 7 p.m. carried on YouTube and Facebook live and will last approximately 40 mins. The evening features exciting silent auctions, the stories of local Wish families and, of course, the chance to share in the mission of Make-A-Wish.
