Wayne County Sheriff’s deputies took a report on a stolen motor vehicle on Saturday.  The victim also provided a few locations where the vehicle might be located.  As deputies and the victim checked the area, the stolen vehicle was spotted heading toward Pikeville.  The vehicle was pulled over and 29-year-old Chelsea N. Rowe of Goldsboro was arrested without incident.  The vehicle was turned back over to the victim.  Rowe was charged with Larceny of a Motor Vehicle and Possession of Stolen Property.  She was given a $2,500 secured bond.
