Officers with the Goldsboro Police Department Selective Enforcement Unit (SEU) and Gang Suppression Unit (GSU) conducted a traffic stop on Monday August 24th in the 1600 block of Clingman St.

Following a search of the vehicle and occupants, the driver, Troy Randall Woodard, 47, of 1742 Rosewood Road, was arrested and charged with (F) Possession of Methamphetamine.

Woodard was transported to the Wayne County Magistrate’s Office, and placed under a $5,000 secured bond. He was transferred to the custody of the Wayne County Jail.
