The Goldsboro Strike Eagles could not complete the comeback against San Lee FC on Sunday afternoon at the Bryan Multi-Sports Complex. Down 2-1 at halftime, the Goldsboro Strike Eagles scored a goal midway through the second half to tied the game 2-2. However, San Lee responded by scoring a goal late in the second half to take a 3-2 lead. San Lee held off the Strike Eagles to earn the win. The Strike Eagles (1-3) face off against the FC Cardinals on Saturday.
