As of Friday, the Wayne County Health Department has received notification of 4,534 total positive cases of COVID-19. 140 of these cases have been attributed to congregate living facilities and 3,941 are cases from outside any type of congregate facility. 4,130 of the 4,534 individuals who tested positive are now considered recovered, leaving an estimated total of 308 cases that are currently active in Wayne County.

The Health Department received notice of 15 additional deaths this week. The total number of deaths in Wayne County is currently 96.
