There’s more time for small businesses in Goldsboro to apply for the city’s COVID-19 grant program. Goldsboro has extended the application deadline until Friday, November 20th.
The city had set aside $100,000 from its CARES Act allocation to assist small businesses impacted by the pandemic.
According to the city, 12 businesses have already been selected to receive a portion of that funding, leaving over $62,000 available in further funding.
Goldsboro created a grant program to provide up to approximately 30 small businesses with grants of $2,500 or $5,000, for a total of $100,000 in immediate relief.
The application is available at the City of Goldsboro’s website.
