The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports 52-year-old Michael W. Hammerberg has been charged with Fail to Report New Address – Sex Offender.  That’s after the sheriff’s office was alerted last week that Hammerberg was not residing at the address registered with the Sex Offender Registry.   According to the release, Hammerberg’s address is listed as “homeless.”  Hammerberg was given a $5,000 surety bond.
