The United Way of Wayne County is playing a part in getting residents vaccinated against the coronavirus.

The local United Way has been helping with the county’s vaccine call center and will also be assisting with the vaccination site as needed.

The United Way is looking for help in these efforts.

Volunteers are needed for taking calls for the vaccine wait list, making vaccine appointment calls and serving in a non-medical capacity at the vaccine clinic.

Shifts can range from 2 – 3 ½ hours.
