Sterling Bass pitched a complete game, gave up zero earned runs and tossed four strikeouts as Wayne Country Day defeated Faith Christian School 11-1 on Tuesday afternoon.
After dropping a game to Charlotte Christian on Mar. 19, the Chargers have won their last two games by a combined score of 20-2.
Mason Moffett had three RBIs and two hits, while Gavin Johnson tallied one hit and two RBIs. Braeden Collins, Andrew Eltz and Drew Spencer each had one RBI apiece for the Chargers.
Wayne Country Day (5-1 overall) travels to Liberty Christian (0-3) on Friday.
