The 4th Fighter Wing Medical Group is hosting a COVID-19 mass vaccine line for authorized TRICARE beneficiaries at the Seymour Johnson Air Force Base Fitness Center.

On Friday, April 16th from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time, first and second doses of the Pfizer vaccine are available for anyone 16 years of age and older. Persons must have a valid DoD ID card and be TRICARE authorized for healthcare in Military Medical Treatment Facilities.

Eligible persons can also schedule a shot appointment at the Military Medical Treatment Facility on Seymour Johnson Air Force Base by going to the 4 MDG app, 4 MDG Facebook page and clicking on the link, https://informatics-stage.health.mil/COVAX/, or calling (919) 722-1802.
